Former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin has been cleared of breach of trust charges.
On the 15th, Min Hee-jin's representatives announced, "After more than a year of police investigation following the breach of trust allegations filed by HYBE in April 2024, it has been determined that there was no illegality on the part of former CEO Min Hee-jin. Both cases filed by HYBE have been dismissed with a 'no charge' decision as of the 15th."
Previously, in April of last year, HYBE had filed a complaint with the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul, accusing Min Hee-jin of breach of trust related to her alleged attempt to seize control of ADOR's management.
However, Min Hee-jin's side firmly denied these accusations, arguing that the share structure made it impossible for her to usurp management control, and insisting that no breach of trust occurred.
Meanwhile, on the 18th, the third hearing for the KRW 2.5 billion (approx. $1.9 million USD) damages lawsuit filed by HYBE Labels against Min Hee-jin is set to take place.
